WELCOME TO HOUSE 19!

House of charm and character located in the city center of Niort, 4 minutes walk from the train station and the pedestrianized city center, with its edges of Sèvre. It was built around 1850. We have completely renovated it, taking care to preserve the elements that make it so charming.

It is composed of three spacious and comfortable bedrooms: garden side, on the first and second floor and the third city side on the second floor.

Committed to an eco-responsible approach, we offer you a personalized breakfast made up of artisanal, local and seasonal products.
The toiletries are organic.

You are close to the typical places of the region: the Poitevin marshes, for its hikes and boat trips, 15 minutes away, a rich medieval heritage, the Ile de Ré and La Rochelle 45 minutes away, ...

Places for bicycles are possible in a closed shelter: the Vélo Francette stage is 5 minutes from us.
