WELCOME TO "HOUSE 19"!

Charming and characterful house located in the city center of Niort, a 4-minute walk from the train station and the pedestrianized city center, with its banks of the Sèvre river. It was built around 1860. We have completely renovated it, taking care to preserve the original features that give it its charm.

It consists of three spacious and comfortable bedrooms: one on the garden side, on the first and second floors, and the third on the city side on the second floor.

Committed to an eco-responsible approach, we offer you a personalized breakfast, composed of artisanal, local and seasonal products.

We have chosen to stock 100% organic and natural, locally sourced cosmetic products. The bottles are made of glass and are returnable, in order to move towards a zero-waste bathroom and reduce our environmental impact.

We clean and disinfect our rooms with a device that projects steam at over 120°, without the use of any chemicals.

You are close to typical regional attractions: the Marais Poitevin, for hiking and boat trips, 15 minutes away; a rich medieval heritage; the Île de Ré and La Rochelle, 45 minutes away; ...

We are happy to welcome your children from the age of 7 (the layout of the house does not allow us to accommodate children under this age).

Bike Welcome: We are certified "Bike Welcome": Bike spaces are available in a closed shelter: the Vélo Francette or Vélidéale route is 5 minutes from our place.
